About Pauline

My family and I have lived in TN since the 80s. My education includes a Masters degree in Finance and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and several real estate classes, including commercial investment  courses which enhance and reinforce my masters degree.

For 2 years, I volunteered for the academic committee for Ravenwood High School. Other volunteer activities include Community Nashville Walks as One and Celebration of Cultures.  In Florida, I volunteered  with an elementary school mentoring program.

I derive great satisfaction from selling a product that I feel proud to sell. I strive to make every buyer and seller happy with my services. If they buy, I want them to feel satisfied each month when they write the mortgage check and if they sell I want them to be satisfied with the terms and the price.  I am confident that I can provide professional service to  clients who want to invest in real estate. My training  and my brokers’ license give me the tools to provide calculations and input  to facilitate the decisions necessary for real estate investing.

• GRI means Graduate Realtor Institute – learned the ins and outs of buying and selling homes and representing my buyer and seller clients.
• RCS-D means Real Estate Collaborating Specialist – Divorce. I have been trained to help divorcing couples understand how to manage the house as an asset: it makes no sense to neglect the house because they no longer agree. The house must be treated like an asset.
• e-PRO means Online real estate professional – A professional who knows how to use a computer and the internet in her business.
